  1.	ASST. PROJECT MANAGER (Q.C.) (APM-01/PC)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering
  	6/9 years experience of Q/A plan implementations, knowledge of various lab/field testing/sampling & welding processes and knowledge of national/international standards is expected from the incumbents.

  2.	STORE ASSISTANT (COMPUTER BACKGROUND) (SA-02/PC)

  Qualification:	Graduate with Computer Literacy
  	4-5 years with relevant experience in Inventory Control, recording of receipts & issues, reconciliations etc. Candidates with ERP knowledge shall be given a preference.

  3.	ERP OPERATOR (ED-03/CF)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma in Computer Software
  	4/6 years with experience in ERP operation

  4.	APM (Billing) (APM-04/CF)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering
  	5/7 years with an exposure to estimation/rate analysis and bill verification

  5.	ASST. PROJECT MANAGER (Q/S) (APM-05/QS)

  Qualification:	Civil Engineering or qualified Quantity Surveyor from Institute of Quantity Surveyors
  	5/8 years in the filed of Quantity Surveying, preparing estimates, tender documents, checking measurements and analyzing rates of various terms.

  6.	DY. PROJECT MANAGER/ASST. PROJECT MANAGER (DPM-06/PHE)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering
  	5/10 years experience in executing infrastructural development works of townships & building construction.

  7.	MANAGER (SERVICES – SUB STATIONS) (MGR-SERV-07/PHE)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering
  	6/9 years experience of erecting sub-stations, H.T./L.T distribution net work laying.

  8.	DY. PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL) (DPMC-08/LPC)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering
  	6/9 years experience of handling development works related to landscaping (Hardscape) of parks, green belts, water front developments and forest lands.

  9.	PROJECT ENGINEER (PE-09/LPC)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  	3/6 years experience of construction of multi storied residential and commercial buildings both structure and finishes.

  10.	SUPERVISOR (SUP-010/LPC)

  Qualification:	ITI Civil
  	5-7 years experience at mega scale construction sites.

  11.	PROJECT MANAGER/DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL) – (PM-01/GH)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  	10/8 years experience in infrastructure development works of large townships, construction of Group Housing, Commercial & Retail Buildings will be an added advantage.

  12.	FOREMAN (CIVIL) – (FM-02/GH)

  Qualification:	ITI Civil.
  	5-7 years in construction of various building types. Experience of high rise building construction shall be an added advantage.

  13.	DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (CIVIL) – (DGM-03/G)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  	18+ years in construction work of large townships, experience of construction of Luxury Housing Projects/High end Group Housings/Hotels is relevant to this post.

  14.	PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL) – (PME 04/G)

  Qualification:	Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  	10/3 years of construction of large Townships. Experience of construction of Luxury Hosing Projects High end Group Housing Projects/Hotels is relevant to this post.

  15.	FOREMAN (CIVIL) – (FM-06/G)

  Qualification:	ITI Civil
  	5-7 years in construction of various building types. Experience of high end Housing/Villas/Hospitality Project Construction is relevant to this post.

  16.	PROJECT MANAGER (SERVICES) – (PM 07/RH)

  Qualification:	Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
  	8-10 years of experience in planning and executing. Electro mechanical services of buildings/HVAC/fire fighting works of high rise/low rise buildings.

  17.	PROJECT MANAGER/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL) – (PM-08/RHP)

  Qualification:	Graduate in Civil Engineering.
  	10/6 years in infrastructure development and construction of high rise buildings. Experience on High end housing projects will be required.

  18.	FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR (CIVIL) – PMS-09/RHP)

  Qualification:	ITI Civil
  	Incumbent will be responsible for supervising high rise & low rise building constructions. He should have knowledge of setting out of buildings, structural works and finishing works.

  19.	JUNIOR ARCHITECT

  Qualification:	Graduate Architects from reputed institutes.
  	5-7 years experience in residential and commercial projects with renowned architectural firms. Incumbent Should have good knowledge of the latest software in the Industry.
