The winds of change that were blowing with liberalisation of the economy brought leading multi-national companies to the country. This in turn has led to high demand for world class offices. Having anticipated this need, our group initiated the concept of high-rise work places as against the prevailing old fashioned ones. New Delhi 's prime location, Connaught Place, aptly bears testimony to our landmark office complex creations starting with Akashdeep way back in 1969.
